I have 16 years of leadership experience and over 10+ years of leadership development and training experience since 2011. Since 2011, I have been a member of the Innermetrix Hungary internal circle.
For years I have worked as a leader of successful businesses. As in any business, the set goals were always clear to me: the business should be successful and profitable. Over the years, my attention has increasingly turned towards the "how" of things. That is, how can we use our own and our colleagues' motivations, talents, and personal attitudes in the service of business success. I work with a talent-based approach and believe in the development that is built on it.
Individual and group leadership development focuses on identifying unique strengths of personality, promoting high self-awareness, and developing peak performance.
My clients are leaders and management teams to whom I provide coaching, training, team, and group coaching support.
My days are spent in the spirit of growth and development, and for me, this is not work, it's passion. If I'm not working with a client, I'm learning and familiarizing myself with new methods.
I love that the coaching approach is not a "telling what to do" method, it brings out the solution from within us while preserving our responsibility for the changes and improvements.
After going through a rigorous selection process, I participated in the first training in Hungary. Since then, I have been an integral member of Innermetrix Hungary's internal circle and an IMX specialist.
My teachers were Zsuzsanna Bán (certified senior supervisor, cultural researcher, master coach, university lecturer) and Dr. János Tomka (college professor, Head of the Department of Management).
I could learn from the biggest names in coaching.
Sir John Whitmore, Robert Dilts , Julie Starr , Daniel Meier, Myles Downey, Marcia Smythe, Keith Antoine, John Leary-Joyce , John Blakey, Hetty EInzig, Dr. Stephan Cantore, Dorothy E. Siminovitch, David Clutterbuck, Cherry Claus, Carole Gaskell.
One of the most beautiful Christmas gifts I gave myself. It is attributed to Eric Berne, an easily understandable, apt perspective, a lens to look through and discover things about myself and the world. It regards people as fundamentally good, emotionally healthy, and capable of development.
